Candidate may be based in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR   What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):   · Build and maintain relationships that drive revenue growth with local, regional, and national account customers. · Ensure that retail sales associates have the tools and product knowledge necessary to effectively demonstrate and sell product to consumers. · Maintain responsibility for growing account revenue for assigned accounts. · Develop, implement, and manage account strategies for sales, merchandising, product placement, etc. · Prepare and conduct product trainings and presentations with sales personnel. · Track the effectiveness of trainings and makes suggestions for improvements. · Identify opportunities for territory growth through new potential accounts. · Perform other duties as assigned.   Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
