What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):   * Build and maintain relationships that drive revenue growth with local, regional, and national account customers.  * Ensure that retail sales associates have the tools and product knowledge necessary to effectively demonstrate and sell product to consumers.    * Maintain responsibility for growing account revenue for assigned accounts.  * Develop, implement, and manage account strategies for sales, merchandising, product placement, etc.     * Prepare and conduct product trainings and presentations with sales personnel.   * Track the effectiveness of trainings and makes suggestions for improvements.   * Identify opportunities for territory growth through new potential accounts.   * Perform other duties as assigned.  Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
