Lion, home to Australia’s most iconic beer and RTD brands – Hahn, XXXX, Stone & Wood, and Kirin Hyoketsu (to name a few) – is looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Director to lead our Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian State Sales Managers.
In this role, you will drive sales growth and market share by developing strategic sales plans with the State Sales Managers, building strong partnerships with customers and industry players in each state, and setting the standard for operational excellence. You’ll inspire and empower a high performing team with a strong focus on safety and performance.
You will work collaboratively with teams across Lion to achieve volume, share and revenue growth plans. If you’re based in Melbourne or Adelaide, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated to lead a team to success, this full-time permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
