In SEA, it is managed through L Beauty Pte Ltd, a joint venture between LVMH group and Luxasia. We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic Brand Representative – Field Sales and Education. The role will be driving the Malaysia business in the field. In this role, reporting to the Regional Sales & Retail Director, you are responsible for driving sell-through, ensuring brand execution excellence and lead store trainings across the Retailer doors in Malaysia. This role is the brand ambassador to our customers and partners, building strong partnership with Sephora SMT and cast members to build brand love, drive the sales, animations and brand visibility. Job Description: Sales & Customer Engagement Drive sell-through and achieve sales targets across all stores. Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying brand values and educating customers on product benefits and usage. Provide brand services to guests to drive brand exploration, experience and conversion. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback or action plans to improve results. Brand Representation Be the brand ambassador, maintaining high levels of professionalism and product knowledge. Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution at the point of sale. Build strong relationships with SMT and cast members to support brand visibility and positioning. Training & Product Knowledge Conduct on-site training for cast members on product knowledge, brand storytelling and customer engagement. Stay updated with own and competitive product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate them to store teams and office team. In-store training for refreshers, new launches and to new joiners Merchandising & Visual Standards Ensure the brand’s visual merchandising standards are met and maintained. Implement promotional materials and check planogram compliance during store visits. Monitor and report on stock levels, tester condition, and fixture maintenance and store cleanliness. Market Feedback & Reporting Provide regular market insights including competitor activity, customer preferences, and store-level challenges. Submit timely reports on store visits, sales performance, and any issues encountered. Event & Promotion Support Support and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with casts members to drive conversion. Bachelor's degree or a related field. 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail field sales, preferably within the Retail, FMCG, or Beauty industry. Proven passion for retail, sales and building guest experiences. Self-motivated, positive spirited, results-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial/can-do thinking, self-leadership and strong customer focus mindset. Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player, with a proven track record of building positive and collaborative team cultures. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a positive and proactive approach. Strong people communication and coaching skills, with experience in ability to perform Service rituals. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Highly organized with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences. Experience working with retailer networks; experience with Sephora is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities
