As a fast-growing brand with a strong global retail presence, we are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales and Education Manager to help elevate our impact in France.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Field Sales and Education Manager, you will be the face of Gisou in the French market, responsible for driving retail performance and excellence in education across our retail partners. This role bridges commercial execution and training delivery to ensure our brand stands out on every shelf and in every client interaction.
You will work closely with the HQ Sales & Education teams as well as directly with our retail partners (such as Sephora France and others) to deliver exceptional customer experiences, develop top-performing Beauty Advisors, and grow the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sell-out performance and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets across the French market
  • Visit key retail doors regularly to coach Beauty Advisors, ensure merchandising excellence, and reinforce brand standards
  • Plan and execute impactful in-store events, masterclasses, and activations in collaboration with HQ and retailer teams
  • Deliver engaging and brand-aligned trainings (both in-person and online) for store teams, freelancers, and trainers
  • Act as the main point of contact for retail education and field sales performance in France
  • Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans accordingly
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to HQ teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail Operations, and PR to ensure brand consistency in the field
