REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales within beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors.
  • Proven success in delivering training, educational workshops, or product demonstrations.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to inspire and motivate retail teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially focused with the ability to manage budgets and targets.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools.
  • Must be comfortable with daily travel throughout the assigned territory.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and strengthen partnerships with existing clients through regular in-person visits and remote engagement.
  • Drive sales performance by understanding client needs, improving retail execution, and increasing sell-through.
  • Create and lead product training sessions and workshops for store staff, retail teams, and partners across all retail channels.
  • Develop and implement retailer education programs, incentive schemes, and learning tools to improve product knowledge and sales capability.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store by conducting impactful, hands-on education and activation events.
  • Identify new opportunities and present tailored proposals to potential partners (pharmacies, beauty salons, health & wellness stores, online retailers).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product launches, campaign planning, and feedback reporting.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
  • Support merchandising initiatives and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Support the UK Sales Director in strategic sales and training initiatives.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to social media campaigns and brand presence online.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and trade shows.
  • Assist in designing sales tools, training materials, and digital content for partners.
