Description
Technical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for MV/LV Switchgear, UPS applications and provide technical support to local sales teams and customers. Business Development: Grow the customer portfolio within the assigned area and maintain product/service distribution. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships, ensure after-sales support, and understand customer needs and satisfaction. Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with Moroccan utilities, power distribution companies, and work closely with consultants. Organization & Project Follow-up: Prepare and organize technical meetings with customers (contractors, utilities) and update project tracking using CRM tools. Marketing & Brand Strategy: Contribute to marketing plans and strategies for the utility market while maintaining brand awareness in the area. Reporting: Provide market information from the assigned area to the sales management team. Administrative Management: Manage office administrative documentation effectively. Degree in Electrical Engineering; 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position. Electrical experience with MV/LV Systems; Sales and/or marketing experience; Experience with utility engineering companies or power generators; Good knowledge and experience in sales techniques; Able to work independently and remotely; Good Networking with electrical installers; Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; Strong communicator with solid executive presentation skills; Ability to build and maintain high credibility with teams and strategic customers; Self-motivated, independent and proactive; Fluent in English.
