Job Description:
· Education: Civil Engineering.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction industry in UAE.
· Must have sales experience (outdoor).
· Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell structural solutions to clients within the construction industry.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the technical benefits and advantages.
· Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project planning and execution phases.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client projects.
· Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring clarity on all terms.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and stay updated on industry developments.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
· Should be fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking. Arabic is a plus.
· Excellent in using MS Office and has good emailing skills.
· Have marketing skills.
· Have planning and organizing skills.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Very good communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to negotiate.
· Flexible to responsibilities beyond the job description.
· Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, structural engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors.
· Have driving license and access to a vehicle.
· Any Nationality.
· Available immediately.
