This role offers the chance to be the face of Bacardi in your territory, building retailer relationships, driving product visibility, and ensuring this world-class portfolio stands out in every store you visit.

LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS

As this is a driving role visiting numerous retail stores in a defined territory each day, you must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

We have open opportunities in several regions. To support work-life balance, you should live within or be able to easily travel within one of the following territories:

  • Warrington (WA1–WA5)
  • Glasgow Coltness (ML2)
  • Birmingham (B46)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll visit a variety of retailers in your defined territory each day, representing Bacardi’s premium portfolio. You’ll build strong working relationships with key decision makers, identify in-store opportunities, and drive sales through excellent merchandising, promotional execution, and brand advocacy.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and develop relationships with store managers and key decision makers in your territory.
  • Actively merchandise Bacardi products, ensuring prime shelf placement and promotional compliance.
  • Negotiate additional shelf space and identify opportunities for secondary displays.
  • Increase product distribution, visibility, and availability.
  • Provide actionable market feedback to your internal team.
  • Use sales data and insights to drive in-store activity.
  • Complete all reporting and administration promptly and accurately.
