Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Build rapport and understand customer needs through active listening. Represent the Bragan brand and product range.
- Product Knowledgeand Passion: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and confidently promote them to each customer.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting key benefits and addressing any customer questions or concerns.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and offering additional products/services where possible.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads,and customer details to ensure smooth follow-up and service.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support, from assisting with order fulfilment to ensuring customers have all the information they need and addressing any issues promptly.
- Communication and negotiation skills: with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver for our customers.
