Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with our Field Sales Manager and become part of our BT Local Business team, representing the BT brand across your territory (North Wales). You’ll complete comprehensive BT and on-going training, gaining a globally recognised qualification to sell BT’s full product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with our large desk-based lead generation team to manage qualified, pre-booked appointments
  • Attend face-to-face meetings and online webinars with prospects
  • Engage with senior decision-makers (owners, MDs, FDs)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Sell the full range of BT products and services, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling
  • Accurately record activity using Salesforce CRM
