JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective B2B sales within the central London area.
This is a B2B field sales position, focused on building strong relationships with business owners and driving adoption of an innovative, future-focused technology.
You will be on the ground, actively approaching and pitching to businesses, explaining the value of our project, and securing new sign-ups.
As a Field Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing our brand and building lasting relationships with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven B2B field sales experience (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient — able to handle a fast-paced field role.
  • Knowledge of Central London (Zone 1) with the ability to travel around daily.
  • Professional presentation and ability to quickly build rapport.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential business partners (restaurants, cafés, shops, and retailers).
  • Deliver clear, confident pitches explaining the benefits of the project.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for sign-ups and partnerships.
  • Report activity, performance, and pipeline progress to the sales manager.
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in the field.
