Job Identification We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Sales team in BangladeshMain Responsibilities Ensure volume and revenue achievement by effectively leading the assigned team  Continuously monitor performance gaps and implement timely corrective actions to meet or exceed targets Foster strong and sustainable customer relationships through active collaboration, regular check-ins, personalized engagement, and strategic problem-solving Address customer concerns proactively with tailored support and timely resolutions to drive long-term loyalty and business growth Expand the customer base by identifying the total customer portfolio using EOS Conduct regular visits to non-partnered outlets to drive engagement and conversion with CCI and its distributors Oversee the deployment and management of market assets, ensuring optimal utilization of company resources such as coolers, glassware, shelving, signage, and activation materials. Monitor asset efficiency, ensure compliance, and promote best practices for sustainable market development Enhance market execution quality by identifying opportunities in line with CCI’s commercial and marketing guidelinesMonitor and track the penetration of top-performing SKUs in the market, ensuring alignment with channel strategies, the Picture of Success framework, and outlet segmentation Execute planned daily calls and spend significant in-market time.
