  • We are seeking a qualified field sales manager to offer self employed role with vast experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Work closely with the management team to chase, follow and convert opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales
  • To achieve KPIs for Strategic Plan focus areas
  • Effective management of customer through optimised contact and visit strategy ranging from routine visits, quarterly reviews and staff training
  • To acquire and maintain a high level of technical product knowledge to facilitate conversations
  • Thorough understanding of customers strategy and competitor activity and create awareness internally through networking to ensure an appropriate feed into the channel business planning process
