We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our flower shop’s products and services to businesses, event planners, hotels, restaurants, and individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales outside the shop.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in retail, hospitality, or floral industries.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of flowers, floral arrangements, and event decoration is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus and willingness to travel.

• Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, including corporate clients, hotels, event planners, and retail businesses.
• Outdoor Sales & Marketing: Actively promote floral products and services by visiting clients, distributing brochures, and attending networking events.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
• Sales Negotiation: Present floral packages, negotiate contracts, and close deals for bulk orders, weddings, corporate events, and regular flower subscriptions.
• Market Research: Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Event Collaboration: Work with event organizers and wedding planners to showcase floral arrangements and services.
• Order Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between clients and the florist team for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Reporting & Targets: Track sales performance, meet targets, and provide reports to management.
