Our mission is to transform how food businesses operate and grow—offering them complete control, cutting-edge systems, and reliable support. As we continue to scale across the UK, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executives with a background in POS or SaaS sales to join our team.

WHO YOU ARE (EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED)

  • 2+ years’ experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS, EPOS, hospitality tech, or retail systems.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, field canvassing, and appointment generation.
  • Confident in delivering engaging, persuasive product presentations and demos.
  • Highly self-motivated, structured, and resilient with a growth mindset.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Responsibilities
  • Own a specific region and be accountable for delivering monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and close high-quality new business leads in the restaurant and takeaway sector.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demos showcasing our EPOS and online ordering solutions.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Maximise system usage for each client by advising on marketing, growth strategy, and operational improvements.
  • Provide ongoing business support, building trust to drive referrals and upselling.
  • Keep accurate records of all activity via CRM and meet sales and support KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal UK and international teams to deliver seamless onboarding and customer success.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of your territory’s premium takeaway and restaurant landscape.
  • Focus on order volume growth – commissions are tied to onboarding success and usage expansion.
