Role Overview: Join our dynamic and energetic team at Anaxee Digital Runners. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual for the full-time role of Field Sales Executive. Job Location: Indore (M.P.) Experience: Fresher or a minimum of six months of experience. Salary Range – up to 2.4 LPA (based on experience) Responsibilities: * Manage the sales function in the allocated cluster. * Maintain long-term relationships with distributors and retailers. * Expand and manage the sales network. * Provide retailers with updates on new or improved products & services. * Monitor and analyze the market scenario and competitors' activities, including pricing. * Collect feedback from retailers. * Ensure the right product is available at the right place, at the right counter, and at the right time. * Have a knack for sales. * Carry out the negotiation process and close sales. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role in the Non-FMCG sector would be an added advantage * Strong leadership and managerial skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques. NOTE *Must have two-wheeler.
