  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and offering additional products/services where possible.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads,and customer details to ensure smooth follow-up and service.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support, from assisting with order fulfilment to ensuring customers have all the information they need and addressing any issues promptly.
