Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and promote our products within the salon industry. This is a great opportunity to represent an exciting brand while building and nurturing relationships with salon owners and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive product sales within the salon industry.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while also identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to salons to showcase and promote our products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with salon owners, managers, and beauty professionals.
  • Provide expert advice and product knowledge to clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable product recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and salon demonstrations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the salon, beauty, or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong understanding of salon products and the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving sales and developing client relationships.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be based in the UAE.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working with salon owners and beauty professionals.
  • Knowledge of the UAE salon market and trends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont
