Field Sales Surveyor
Location: Samso Energy – Kopshop, 6 Old London Rd, Kingston upon Thames KT2 6QF
Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (field-based)
Salary: £25,000 base + company car + fuel card + uniform, training & support

OTE: £70,000

We’re now looking for a proactive Field Sales Surveyor to join our Kingston office and play a key role in our next stage of growth.
The Role
As a Field Sales Surveyor, you’ll be the face of Samso Energy out in the field, meeting warm, qualified leads—homeowners already interested in Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) solutions. Your role will be to carry out property surveys, present tailored renewable energy solutions, and guide customers through the decision-making process.
You’ll have the backing of a strong support team who generate and qualify your appointments, ensuring you can focus on what you do best—building trust, delivering value, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-qualified home appointments with prospective customers.
  • Carry out professional property surveys to assess suitability for Solar PV and ASHP installations.
  • Deliver clear, engaging, and tailored presentations on renewable solutions.
  • Provide accurate quotations and support customers through to sale.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent Samso Energy professionally and uphold our reputation for service and integrity.

About You

  • Proven track record in in-home sales, ideally within renewables, solar, or heating.
  • Knowledge of Solar PV and/or ASHP products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
