Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Field Sales Expert - Germany & Switzerland, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining communication with Herbalife Distributors to ensure maximum Distributor Success. This will be achieved through frequent field visits, calls, and attendance at Distributor trainings and events. Additionally, you will develop and manage ongoing relationships with leadership in South/West Germany and Switzerland in order to leverage support for corporate initiatives as well as to ensure that the company is in tune with their needs in growing the business.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Build strong, positive relationships with the entire Distributor Success team, ensuring team-oriented collaboration with other Sales Experts working in the fieldAct as front-line support to Distributors in the field, engaging with local leaders at all levels of the marketing plan to build trust-based relationships and support sustainable

  • Maintain communication and build relationships with Distributors to understand trends, identify new sales opportunities, and address support requirements
  • Learn and share best practices among Distributors to promote growth and foster sales activities in the designated region
  • Attend monthly regional seminars, Herbalife Opportunity Meetings, and other local trainings as an Ambassador of the company, as well as national and international company

  • Create reports using BI tools and work with Distributors to provide a comprehensive understanding of their business and highlight growth opportunities
  • Regularly ensure that individual Distributor business data is reported and analyzed to maximize growth and success
  • Organize and lead conference calls, meetings, and trainings in the designated region, focusing on DMOs and Open meetings/events.
