Responsibilities Responsible for leading field sales in the Williamsport market and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities. This role sets sales targets, provides guidance and support to team members, and ensures that sales objectives are met. The Field Sales Management Leader also develops and delivers sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conducts product demonstrations. This position develops medium to long-term sales plans and prepares strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers while also focusing on driving sales growth and maximizing revenue through effective management of field sales teams. This leader will apply knowledge of the Field Sales Management area to independently execute tasks and manage processes/project components. It also will provide guidance to team members on best practices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and achievement of functional and organizational standards. Drives the execution and optimization of processes in field sales management to enhance team efficiency and meet quarterly goals. Develops and maintains strong customer relationships to uncover new sales opportunities, focusing on key accounts. Creates and refines compelling sales bids, proposals, and presentations aligned with customer needs and market trends. Facilitates product demonstrations to boost customer engagement and gather actionable feedback. Supports achieving sales targets through proactive team coordination and performance analysis. Helps facilitate adoption of area best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to drive achievement of organizational standards of excellence, applying knowledge to deliver solutions and execute day to day activities. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
