As a Field Sales Manager within our Air & Ocean division, you’ll drive the growth of our international freight forwarding business across New South Wales.   You’ll represent one of the most diversified supply chain organisations in the world – part of the CMA CGM Group – connecting customers to a truly global logistics network. From Automotive and Luxury Goods to Aerospace, Healthcare and Technology, you’ll leverage CEVA’s vertical expertise, operational excellence, and digital tools such as CargoWise to deliver smarter, more integrated logistics solutions.   This role offers the opportunity to combine your commercial acumen with your passion for logistics – developing customer-focused solutions that move businesses forward.   WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?   Specifically, you will:   Identify, target, and close new business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets. Proactively promote CEVA’s Air & Ocean products and end-to-end logistics services to prospective customers. Prepare tailored proposals and lead negotiations in line with company procedures. Develop pricing and service strategies to deliver competitive and innovative customer solutions. Manage your sales pipeline and reporting through CEVA’s CRM system (C-View). Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and QHSE teams to ensure commercially sound and operationally sustainable solutions. Build lasting relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.   WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?   You’re a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering growth. You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to securing new business.
