SUMMARY

We are seeking a Full-time Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Home Service Solutions. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer service in the Hamilton region and beyond. The Field Manager will play a pivotal role in our expansion plans, contributing to our mission of continuous growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales or field management, preferably in the home renovation industry.
  • Valid G Drivers license.
  • Full time - open availability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

    Pay: $950.00-$3,500.00 per year
