JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Do you love interacting with customers? Customer visits to new and existing clients are your daily business
  • You seek new business opportunities and thereby create a strong pipeline of potential customers in line with our BD strategy
  • You proactively seek customer contact to identify opportunities, risks, and cross-selling possibilities
  • You keep your eyes and ears open to find and utilize new e-solution opportunities, innovative marketing, and sales channels
  • You record your successes in our CRM and can always ensure that SOPs are in place to guarantee proper customer and business processing
  • You also build a network within the company and value good collaboration with other departments, such as procurement, operations, IT, and finance
  • You conduct credit checks before submitting offers to new customers according to the guidelines and in coordination with the finance department
