As a key driver in our field sales team, you play a pivotal role in steering growth and strategy. Your leadership empowers our field sales representatives to actively scout for new salon partnerships and capitalize on our existing network, making a mark in the competitive beauty and wellness landscape across the Netherlands. You’ll guide the team in identifying the unique needs of each partner, transforming these into tailored solutions that resonate with both small neighborhood salons and large-scale venues.

Currently, less than 10% of all hair and beauty treatments are booked online - that’s very little! So we still have a long way to go and that’s why we need you. We believe that online bookings are inevitable and together we will ensure the digitalization of the hair and beauty industry.

Responsibilities
  • You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about 6 field sales representatives who acquire hair and beauty salons in the Netherlands.
  • You are responsible for the growth of our venue base in your regions.
  • By optimizing existing processes, you will significantly contribute to the development of our sales strategies and ensure continuous growth of the sales department.
  • Evaluating weekly and monthly goals will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to set new individual targets and motivate your field sales team to achieve top performances.
  • You will take responsibility for your sales team, conduct feedback sessions, and enable goal-oriented management and development through coaching, training, and regular feedback.
  • You always have a clear overview of our potential partners in your areas and develop strategies together with your field sales representatives to onboard them.
