EXPERIENCE:

• Experience within Field Sales is essential
• Experience within the Tyre Industry is essential
• Must have a Full UK Licence with less than 6 points and no previous bans
• Must have knowledge of different tyre brands
  Salary: Depending on experience, starting from £40,000 to £45,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Ideally, we would be looking for someone with experience within a similar position from within the tyre industry. However, qualifications and experience will be judged on an individual applicant basis. We believe with the right attitude; you will be able to excel in any role.

• Accountable for the development and delivery of our company Field Sales Plan, which is aligned with our overall business objective
• Manage a customer base in a designated geographical area
• Increase business in your customer base using company policies as and where applicable
• Delivery of our house brand policies and creating a dealer base from existing and new business.
• Delivery of a plethora of marketing initiatives within your dealer base to improve sales.
• Using your initiative to locate possible new customers, within your area, involving signing up new business, developing customers using customer policy, as and where applicable
• Managing your diary to gain the most productive use of time management
• To be flexible in areas where urgent visits would be required to resolve issues, as requested by your line manager and/or the Sales Director
