The Field Sales Planner (FSP) analyses multiple sources of data to provide insights, reports and recommendations to the Head of Musketeers (HOM), Regional On Premise Managers (ROPMs) and the wider On Premise team. The role is primarily responsible for field sales planning, data maintenance and reporting to ensure we maximise the return on investment with our internal field sales resources. The Field Sales Planner leads the CRM system amongst the team, and is responsible for collating, coordinating and publishing consistent Field Sales & National Key Account communications, including monthly presentations, weekly performance and insight reports, best practice sharing, and any other required performance-related insights. Job Description FIELD SALES PLANNING Develop and maintain territory and route plans for the On Premise Field Sales teams. Translate National and Regional strategies into weekly and monthly field execution plans, monitor execution and coverage KPI’s of priority outlets and key accounts. Drive ROI of field resources by providing recommendations to the HOM & ROPMs on resource deployment to maximise account activity and opportunities in all channels. Play an active role in regular Business Planning procedure to develop a strong Field Sales Plan. This is not limited to: Target/KPI setting, Tool Forecasting, Field Force Initiatives, and regular trainings for other members of the team in relation to all data maintenance objectives. Ensure Data Quality in On Premise SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Dashboards is of the highest accuracy and functions as expected for all members of the team. CRM SYSTEM LOCAL KEY USER Maintain local attributes required for field audits (listings, marketing questions, caterers, etc.). Complete regular maintenance routines in line with internal stakeholder recommendations to ensure data accuracy. Alongside the ROPM’s, ensure the entire On Premise Field Sales team is onboarded and continually coached to effectively use CRM in daily routines. Lead Australia’s collaboration with HQ and IT to troubleshoot application challenges, test new updates, and share development areas to support business requirements RECORDING AND REPORTING Analyse performance and present recommended actions/opportunities/barriers to the respective stakeholder. Collate requirements for state reporting, with timely adherence and completion. Lead field reporting updates and support any ad-hoc business presentations when required. Regularly audit accounts with the Field Sales Team to ensure consistency of data quality in relation to our execution standards. Lead the On Premise team's reporting process & inputs, ensuring transparent communication to relevant internal stakeholders on a monthly basis with accurate commentary. Create quarterly National Benchmarking presentations, with key commentary on insights to further drive performance. KEY ACCOUNT SUPPORT Support the National Key Account (NKA) team with data maintenance and system updates within our CRM, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and aligned with business requirements Collaborate with the NKA team to maintain data integrity within our CRM, proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies or gaps in reporting data. Analyse field team performance data at an outlet level to evaluate return on investment (ROI) and overall effectiveness of field execution within NKA customers. Translate complex reporting outputs into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the NKA team. Identify Key Account trends, risks, and growth opportunities through performance analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making. Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve reporting processes, optimise data structures, and ensure reporting outputs align with business needs. Qualifications Tertiary education preferred (Business, Marketing, Finance, Data, IT or similar). Minimum 3 years Field Sales or Commercially relevant experience. Advanced Excel skills, with experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Trifacta and Snowflake (preferred). Competent in all other Microsoft Office Applications.
