REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – FIELD SALES (UK)

To support our growth in France, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale our Field Sales team on the ground.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our field sales performance in France. Your mission is to lead, coach, and grow a team of Territory Managers, who in turn manage our Field Sales Consultants (FSEs/FSAs and freelance).

You will:

  • Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Territory Managers across key regions in the UK.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of field sales consultants.
  • Define and implement regional sales strategies to boost acquisition and performance.
  • Work in the field with Territory Managers, coaching and driving team results hands-on.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs, commission plans, and team performance.
  • Ensure smooth alignment with cross-functional stakeholders (People, Enablement, Marketing, etc.).
  • Build and share sales toolkits, pitches, and training material.
  • Provide insights into the British market and help shape go-to-market initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales UK and contribute to long-term sales success.
