  • Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Atlanta, GA ‘s beverage market, especially in the hospitality and on-premise sectors.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos.
  • Physical Requirements: A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required. Occasional heavy lifting will also be necessary to ensure product delivery and setup.

  • Distributor & Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributor sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Be a connector—work with distributor sales reps for events, samplings, and cross-promotions.
  • Sales Development:
  • Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels, with a special focus on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels.
  • Lead the charge in expanding Cornbread Hemp’s footprint by bringing our new THC beverage to life in the Atlanta, GA market.
  • Drive revenue by achieving ambitious sales targets and exceeding goals.
  • Market Execution & Brand Visibility:
  • Plan and execute high-impact demos to create excitement and brand awareness for our new product.
  • Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure our THC beverage is front and center at all accounts.
  • Act as the face of Cornbread Hemp in Atlanta, GA —your energy and passion will be contagious!
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Stay on top of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt strategies and keep Cornbread Hemp ahead of the curve.
