BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic driven Business Development Executive who is looking to develop their sales career. This is an independent field-based role. Candidates who are self-driven, organised, a great timekeeper, act with honesty and integrity, a great communicator, a team player.

Below outline some of the key accountabilities required for the role, however, we are a growing company and thus, not exhaustive

  • Drive new business opportunities via a 90% target of a “hunting” sales approach – COLD CALLING
  • Maximising Sales Opportunities with existing Client Base 10% of role
  • Generating New Sales
  • Maintaining Customer relationships
  • Working alongside with the Account Executives
  • Delivering to customer visits and sales targets
  • Building relationship with clients
  • Customer Relations
  • Creating New Business Opportunities
  • Time planning
  • Report completion and submission
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales experience in a similar/field-based role preferable not essential
  • New business attainment - (Cold Calling, Closing Sales on-site)
  • Excellent personal presentation skills
  • Fluent in English Language (bilingual will be advantageous)
  • Demonstrable Education up to ‘GCSE’ level
  • Preferably, working knowledge of Consumer/ FMCG/ Health & Beauty outlets, including B2B Convenience stores and retail outlets
  • Confident in IT systems including Word, Excel, Email
  • Full Driving licence/Access to a vehicle
