FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE – MAKE AN IMPACT ON THE ROAD WITH DSL GROUP

Location: North East of England | Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £26,500 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £37,000+) + company van + benefits

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Experienced in a customer-facing role (field-based experience a bonus)
• Confident behind the wheel with a full UK driving licence
• Friendly, approachable, and professional
• Self-motivated with great organisational skills
• Comfortable using tablets and basic software
• Quick to spot and solve problems before they become issues

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (required)
• Retail sales: 2 years (required

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This isn’t about cold calling or hard selling — it’s about building trust and keeping things running smoothly for our customers. You’ll:

• Visit existing accounts to check stock, rotate products, and handle returns
• Ensure displays are eye-catching, tidy, and fully stocked
• Spot opportunities to expand a store’s product range
• Build strong working relationships with store owners and staff
• Manage your own schedule and route efficiently
• Report back via company tablet
