With SALSA accreditation and a Great Taste Award, we are expanding our presence in delis, farm shops, and food halls across Scotland.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record in field sales, ideally within food & drink (FMCG/wholesale/retail), preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Scottish retail/wholesale landscape is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Agent to help drive retail and wholesale growth. You will be responsible for building relationships with independent retailers, farm shops, and hospitality outlets, introducing them to our products, and managing ongoing account relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach potential new stockists across Scotland (delis, farm shops, food halls, cafés, hotels).
• Present and sample East Pizzas products to decision makers.
• Negotiate listings, agree pricing structures, and secure new business.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring strong ongoing relationships.
• Report sales activity, pipeline, and feedback to the management team.
• Represent East Pizzas at trade shows, tasting events, and customer meetings.
