WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 2–5 years of field sales (new business) in computer hardware sales, tech, POS, payments, or SaaS
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, including objection handling
  • Self-starter: plans routes, sets meetings, hits activity/revenue goals
  • UAE driving licence preferred; willingness to travel across Dubai/UAE
  • Excellent English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a field-based, target-driven role whose primary responsibility is to sell POS systems to retail and hospitality businesses. You will work independently to build and manage your pipeline, nurture prospects, run demos, negotiate, and close sales, then coordinate smooth onboarding for new customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and manage your own pipeline: cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, network events
  • Nurture prospects into qualified opportunities; follow up on warm leads
  • Negotiate and close contracts with owners/managers to hit monthly targets
  • Keep the CRM up to date (activities, stages, forecasts)
  • Share market intelligence (competitors, pricing, features) with the sales lead
