Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will actively canvas designated areas, going door-to-door to generate leads, build relationships, and promote our solar solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy face-to-face interactions, and are passionate about achieving sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or a related role is an asset but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking extensively during canvassing activities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate lead documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Present and promote solar proposals to prospective clients, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Generate and qualify leads, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively.
