Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will actively canvas designated areas, going door-to-door to generate leads, build relationships, and promote our solar solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy face-to-face interactions, and are passionate about achieving sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or a related role is an asset but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking extensively during canvassing activities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate lead documentation.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas to identify and engage potential customers.
- Present and promote solar proposals to prospective clients, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into loyal customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively.
