WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

We will provide all necessary product training at our Training centre. however we need you to have the following:

• Full UK Driving License - This is a field base role
• Experience within in a field based sales role
• Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems
• An excitement for sales and working towards targets
• Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections
• A Passion for active and forward thinking working environments

It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to join our team in the East Anglia, Essex and Southeast of England. As a part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits into sales for customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps.
• Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy tech
• Working only on qualified appointments provided to you .
• Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system .
• Provide an excellent customer service while in our customers homes using our IPAD Sales pitch.
• Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectations are met for our customers
