Description Hydrotech - Isaacs is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow industrial distribution sales within an assigned territory. If you enjoy solving problems, building long-term customer partnerships, and representing high-value technical products, this role gives you the autonomy and support to excel. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive revenue growth—while collaborating closely with internal teams and supplier partners. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience and mechanical or technical aptitude who wants to make a real impact. What You’ll Do Proactively pursue and secure meetings with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and match them with fluid power products and services Deliver persuasive product presentations and value-based solutions Overcome competitive objections and position our offerings effectively Develop accurate quotes and proposals with support from internal teams Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer value and company profitability Build strong, trust-based customer relationships and maintain regular communication Create account plans, track opportunities, and maintain CRM records Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with internal departments Report on sales activity, market intelligence, and new business opportunities What You Bring 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience Technical or mechanical aptitude (fluid power experience a plus) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to understand customer needs and sell value-based solutions Solid organizational, time-management, and computer skills Ability to work independently in the field, at home, or in the office Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Work Environment & Tools Approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility for customer needs Work from office, home, or customer sites Personal vehicle required for customer visits (mileage reimbursed per company policy) Company-provided laptop, phone, and necessary safety gear Why Join Us You’ll represent respected brands, work with supportive teams, and have the freedom to grow your territory and your career.
