OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team that has experience in direct sales or home improvement sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the field.
Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a drive to achieve targets while managing their time efficiently.
You will be required to cover multiple postcode areas covering 3-4 appointments per day, the qualified appointments will always be in the same postcode areas. we do not offer spray foam.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a B2C sales role, preferably in a field-based direct sales position.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  • Strong drive and motivation to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Effective time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in the Loft Insulation sales sector or Home Improvements advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SELF EMPLOYED ROLE ONLY

This role is Monday-Friday.
Travel is required and accommodation or fuel will be paid for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be provided with 3-4 qualified appointments per day, covering numerous areas Nationwide. (You will cover your local postcodes but due to the nature of the business you will occasionally be required to cover further)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new customers to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct regular visits to client properties to understand their needs and present tailored solutions to the customer.
  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all customer visits and follow-ups are completed as scheduled.
