WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own and manage a Grocery & Discounter territory, working with our leading brands like Mars®, Snickers®, Twix®, Maltesers®, Wrigley’s Extra®, Galaxy®, M&M’s®, and KIND®
• Build strong relationships with store managers and partners to become a trusted advisor — not only for our products, but for the entire confectionery category
• Drive sales growth in the territory through in-store excellence creating impactful displays, increased product availability, and shelf presence
• Learn to sell with mutuality — making decisions that benefit both Mars and our customers
