The Opportunity If you enjoy being out on the road, meeting new people, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships, this is the role for you. Visit approximately 12 cafés each day to build relationships and identify growth opportunities. Increase distribution and visibility of MILKLAB across cafés within your territory. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and sampling to customers. Build strong partnerships with café owners, multi-site operators (MSOs), coffee roasters and distributor partners. Identify new business opportunities through networking and lead generation. Develop tailored customer proposals, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities. Execute promotional programs and ensure strong in-market execution. Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth. Plan and manage your territory, customer appointments and regional travel to maximise productivity. What you’ll bring You're a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in field sales, territory management or business development, ideally within FMCG, foodservice or the coffee industry. A genuine passion for coffee and an understanding of café operations, coffee blends or the specialty coffee industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence presenting products and influencing customer decisions. Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and identify opportunities. Excellent organisation and time management skills. A proactive, resilient mindset with a strong drive to achieve results. Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Why Noumi?
