Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in the field to promote the agency’s services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities. Present and demonstrate marketing solutions tailored to client needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and regional revenue goals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Report sales activity, client feedback, and market trends to management. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed. Preferred: Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media sales.
