We are looking for a candidate whose personality shines. You are a proactive and engaging communicator who sees a challenge as an opportunity. You are comfortable being on the road and can easily connect with a wide range of people, from small shop owners to buyers at large retail chains. While experience is important, your character, drive, and eagerness to learn are what will truly make you successful.

  • A proven track record in a field sales role (2-3 years of experience is ideal).
  • A sparkling, resilient, and proactive personality.
  • Experience in the retail, toys, or consumer electronics sectors is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Netherlands and the northern part of Belgium.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, this is mandatory!
Responsibilities
  • Rebuilding and managing relationships with existing customers.
  • Identifying and onboarding new business, from independent shops to national retailers in sports, toys, and electronics.
  • Acting as the eyes and ears of the company in the Benelux region, providing crucial market feedback.
  • Conducting 2-4 customer visits per day.
  • Managing your own schedule with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Occasionally travelling to the UK for training, product launches, and team events
