As new products emerge in the market, they are often limited to one or two clinical conditions and a small number of subjects. However, with time and broader patient use across various clinical circumstances, new insights and uses emerge. As we expand in the Greater Toronto Area, we’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our pharmaceutical products by engaging healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, clinic managers, and store managers. You will manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining real-time CRM updates and generating new leads. The ideal candidate will be an expert on our products, skilled in stakeholder communication, and data-driven in decision-making. In addition, you will need to demonstrate excellent time management, emotional intelligence, and the ability to problem-solve and adapt to changes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree Life Sciences, Business or a related field
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare field.
  • Fresh graduates with a science background are welcome to apply.
  • Proven track record of lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Suite & Google tools (Sheets)
  • Must have a car and a valid Canadian driver’s license for regular travel within the Toronto/GTA region.

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical sales practices.

CRM & Data Management

  • Update CRM in real time with accurate call records, sales activities, and lead status.
  • Analyze data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to your reporting manager.

Presentation & Communication

  • Deliver engaging, impactful presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing product benefits and scientific data.
  • Adapt your messaging based on the audience, whether it’s a doctor, pharmacist, or clinic manager.
