EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong people skills and confidence speaking face-to-face with the public
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
  • Previous experience in sales, door-to-door, or customer-facing roles is a plus

Responsibilities

THE ROLE – LOFT INSULATOR:

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be REFYT’s ambassador in local communities, engaging directly with homeowners to share the benefits of free insulation upgrades available through government funding. Your goal is to create genuine connections, clearly explain how the scheme works, and book appointments for home surveys. This is a high-impact, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and making a positive difference

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with homeowners in targeted areas through door-to-door outreach
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of government-funded insulation schemes
  • Qualify properties and book appointments for surveyors
  • Represent the REFYT brand professionally and confidently in the field
  • Meet weekly targets and report progress to the team lead
