We are hunting for elite inbound sales people to join our team. This is a largely results based sales role with high income potential. Our top performers earn 150-300k driving sales for the business.
As sales manager for Shine Windows and The Deck People, you’ll be selling home services to high-end new and repeat clients. This is NOT a casual job you can just walk into and expect to win with minimal effort.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll embody these values by communicating and building real relationships, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take charge of your own pipeline from lead to closed deal, turning initial conversations into recurring business opportunities. Day-to-day you will reach out to existing and new customers, understand their needs, and show how we can solve their problems. Your schedule will change throughout the seasons.
Mid January-March: You will contact both warm and hot leads and learn how to qualify customers. You will contact existing customers to book recurring work for the season. 40% of our revenue comes from calling existing clients. There is little to NO COLD-CALLING.
March-November: You will close deals with existing customers over the phone and book new customers by meeting them at their home for in person estimates. Since homeowners tend to be at work during the day, we work around their schedules by meeting them when they are home in the evenings and on weekends.
November-mid December: Most selling is over the phone
Mid December - Mid January: Vacation
When you are not on the phone with customers, you will communicate with other departments to ensure your customers are receiving top-tier service. You will work closely with producing to ensure proper communication of job details.
