Description Our growing business is in need of a Field Sales Representative to promote sales in the Permian Basin. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Field Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging market opportunities and develop plans to capture those markets to expand revenue. Utilize all available resources to prospect, build and maintain customer relationships Visit customer rig site locations and/or field offices Maintain open communications with key accounts to ensure that Aerion remains knowledgeable about upcoming projects Maintain knowledge of each key account’s RFP process and timelines Follow up with the customer to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and needs are being met Collaborate with local operations team to grow market Keep the customer informed of the benefits and efficiencies realized due to Aerion’s performance Meet with existing customers to understand the customer’s new business needs Meet or exceed personal sales targets Preparing and submitting sales reports Get invoices approved/signed as needed Requirements 3+ years' field sales experience in the oil and gas service sector Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven record of personal sales objectives Highly self-motivated Team player Must be willing to travel up to 80 percent of the time Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Experience working with and utilizing a CRM Clean driving record
