Description

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative in Wicklow to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. They will promote and sell the full portfolio of Vodafone’s fixed and mobile products. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Who are we? The Phone Stores is an exclusive sales partner for Vodafone operating an extensive network of stores and a field sales team in a number of counties including Co Wicklow.

Responsibilities
  • Work a predesignated territory plan working door to door generating new customer sales to agreed quality and compliance standards.
  • Deliver high level of Customer Service to assist in the conversion of sales to Vodafone.
  • Promote the Vodafone brand and products including discounted offers and benefits of Vodafone.
  • Gather customer information during course of a sale accurately and input data into system via handheld tablet system. Following all GDPR and compliance guidelines when interacting with customers.
  • Develop customers relations and overcome objections.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures including those laid out by Vodafone on induction regarding quality and compliance.
  • Assist with support to colleagues out on the field by mentoring to develop skillset on sales and product.
  • Understand and comply with all directions provided by office / Manager and the regular updates from Vodafone.
  • Report directly to the sales manager, any incidents or questions regarding routes, role and working hours.
  • Complete surveys on handheld tablet once door knock has been completed with predetermined outcome.
  • To deliver all aspects of quality and compliance in line with Vodafone.
  • Achieve daily sales target as set out by Regional Sales Manager.
