REGION COVERED: Western Romania (we strongly prefer applicants to be located within the West Romania region or in close proximity to facilitate in-person meetings with customers. The assigned portfolio of customers primarily covers the Western region of the country, and regular face-to-face interactions are required.)
BUSINESS TRIPS: approximately 75% of working time travelling across Western Romania.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or tire industry.
  • We strongly prefer applicants to be located within the West Romania region or in close proximity to facilitate in-person meetings with customers. The assigned portfolio of customers primarily covers the western region of the country, and regular face-to-face interactions are required.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and a track record of successful client engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and focused on achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly.
  • Driving license category B is a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and customer relationships within the designated region.
  • Become an expert on Goodyear’s products and services, offering value-added support to dealers and fleets. This includes conducting regular fleet checks, presenting results, and demonstrating the economic benefits of Goodyear’s offerings.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with key fleets, actively promoting the full range of Goodyear products and services through consistent fleet visits.
  • Manage third-party agreements between Goodyear, Dealers, and Fleets, overseeing the sell-in and sell-out processes.
  • Develop and expand the TruckForce network by selecting, training, and managing appointed dealers.
  • Strengthen Goodyear’s market position in the corporate sector by crafting and executing a territory marketing strategy, and cultivating a robust and reliable dealer network.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to support the effective deployment of campaigns and promotional activities.
