As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team and help drive business forward — in the field, on the road, and directly at the door.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a hands-on, field-based sales role combining estimating, customer service, and business development. As a Spray Foam Roofing Sales Representative you will be responsible for attending appointments, conducting site inspections, creating estimates —and actively generating new business through direct outreach, including door-to-door visits and site canvassing. You’ll be representing Urecoat face-to-face, identifying potential clients, and educating them on the benefits of spray foam roofing solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales experience is required, minimum of 1 year
  • Industry experience in roofing (specifically flatroofing), spray foam, insulation, or

construction is highly regarded

  • Strong mathematical and measurement skills — must be confident with calculations

for estimates and roof dimensions

  • Knowledge of roofing systems and materials
  • Ability to safely access and inspect rooftops
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as tablets, phones, and estimating software
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect for new business — including door-to-door outreach, cold visits,

and networking

  • Perform roof inspections, measurements, and condition assessments
  • Develop accurate, professional estimates and proposal
  • Clearly explain product benefits, installation process, and pricing to customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on estimates and close sales
  • Coordinate with office and install teams to ensure smooth project hand-off
