• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers
• Identify and target potential new customers
• Work closely with branch teams and operations to satisfy customer needs, products and service/delivery
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and pricing to customers
• Feedback about competitor pricing, products and promotions
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
