THE ROLE:

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll meet homeowners across Glasgow and Scotland-wide to consult, advise, and sell a range of home improvement solutions. This is a field-based, customer-facing sales role requiring a motivated, professional, and personable individual who can deliver genuine value through expert advice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend pre-qualified appointments (and generate some of your own through proactive efforts)
• Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners to understand their needs
• Present tailored solutions across our full range: roughcasting, coatings, roofing, driveways, solar, and more
• Provide clear, professional quotes and guide customers through their buying decisions
• Manage your sales pipeline effectively through to close
• Represent Weatherface Ltd with professionalism, integrity, and pride
• Be flexible and willing to travel Scotland-wide as required
